A little sweet and a little spicy, with the added blue cheese and ranch, bringing the creamy and salty flavors to the whole sandwich, making this such a delicious and easy weeknight dinner.

  • First, measure your panko bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, ground chicken, mayonnaise, and seasonings into a mixing bowl.
  • Then, with a fork, gently mix all of your ingredients together until they are fully incorporated.
  • Next, grab two spoons and evenly spoon out the chicken burger mixture into a hot skillet, forming chicken patties as you spoon the mixture into your skillet. This mixture will make 6 juicy chicken burgers. Cook the chicken burgers on medium to medium low heat (all stoves and electric skillets cook a little differently) until the burgers are cooked completely through.
  • Finally, once your chicken patties have browned on both sides, spoon over your buffalo sauce and allow them to gently simmer in the skillet for a couple of minutes.
