Easy Chicken Burgers with Sweet and Spicy Buffalo Sauce
A little sweet and a little spicy, with the added blue cheese and ranch, bringing the creamy and salty flavors to the whole sandwich, making this such a delicious and easy weeknight dinner.

First, measure your panko bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, ground chicken, mayonnaise, and seasonings into a mixing bowl.
Then, with a fork, gently mix all of your ingredients together until they are fully incorporated.
Next, grab two spoons and evenly spoon out the chicken burger mixture into a hot skillet, forming chicken patties as you spoon the mixture into your skillet. This mixture will make 6 juicy chicken burgers. Cook the chicken burgers on medium to medium low heat (all stoves and electric skillets cook a little differently) until the burgers are cooked completely through.
Finally, once your chicken patties have browned on both sides, spoon over your buffalo sauce and allow them to gently simmer in the skillet for a couple of minutes.
