Ground beef – You only need one pound for this dish which cuts cost.

Bacon – I only used a portion of what is shown. A little goes a long way!

Lettuce and Pickles – Lettuce and pickles are burger topping favorites in my house! So, I just went with what the kids love this time. You can always add your favorites, too!

Seasonings – I love any kind of hamburger or steak seasoning for this dish! You could also just use black pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder, in place of the hamburger seasoning.

Shredded cheese – Any cheese will do! I chose a cheese that melts well.

How to make Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Potato Bowls with Secret Sauce

First, cook your bacon until it is nice and crispy! Set the bacon to the side and drain most of the grease off. The bacon will be added back in later.

Then, add your ground beef and begin to brown the underside of it. Season your meat liberally with whatever seasoning you choose. I used this hamburger seasoning (pictured above). I always scoot my beef to one side of the pan and let it begin to brown as I add my potatoes in.

Next, add your potatoes into the pan. I typically stand and slice them in half with a knife. You can always prep the potatoes ahead of time to be ready for this step by using your cutting board and slicing the potatoes in half long ways.

At this time, you can use your spatula to break the meat up and stir everything together. Cover, and let cook on medium low. Check frequently and stir as necessary.

Next, mix together the ingredients to your secret sauce and set to the side. Additionally, begin chopping your burger toppings and shredding your cheese.

Finally, it is time to plate! Add your loaded bacon cheeseburger potatoes to your bowl and stop with your burger toppings. Pour on your sauce and enjoy!
