Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Potato Bowls with a Secret Sauce

Loaded bacon cheeseburger potato bowls with a secret sauce is a new family favorite. It is a one pot wonder that comes together quickly, has minimal dirty dishes (which, as a busy mom, is one of my favorite things about a recipe), requires very little prep time, and the whole family loves it!

Ingredients

Bacon, Beef, and Potato Mixture

  • 2 bags Baby Yellow Potatoes Halved, lengthwise
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean
  • 4 slices Bacon cut into bite sizes
  • Burger seasoning seasoning to taste

Secret Sauce

  • ¾ cup Mayo
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • ¼ cup Pickle Juice

Suggested Burger Bowl Toppings:

  • Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Tomatoes
  • Chopped Onion
  • Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  • Cook your bacon until it is nice and crispy. Remove from pan and set to the side, removing most of the grease from the pan.
  • Add your beef to one side of the pan, spreading it out to begin getting a good crust on the ground beef. Season liberally with whatever seasoning you choose.
  • While that is beginning to cook, add your halved potatoes into the pan.
  • Using your spatula, begin breaking your ground beef up before stirring your ground beef and potatoes together.
  • Place the meat and potatoes on a medium to medium low heat, cover, and let cook. Stir frequently to ensure all of your potatoes begin to cook through.
  • Meanwhile, while the potatoes and beef are cooking, mix together your Secret Sauce ingredients and set to the side.
  • Chop your favorite burger toppings and shred your cheese.
  • Once your potatoes are cooked completely through, stir in your bacon.
  • Now, it is time to plate! Add your potatoes, beef, and bacon to a bowl. Top it with your favorite toppings. Pour over your Secret Sauce and enjoy!
