Supplies needed to make Easy Pork and Mini Wontons Skillet with Green Beans
- A mixing bowl, like one of these
- Cutting board and knife for slicing your pork
- Measuring cups and measuring spoons
- An electric skillet or a pan
Ingredients

Pork – I love using a lean cut of pork in this dish and cutting it into slices. It takes on so much flavor and adds such a great texture to this one pot dinner.
Mini Wontons – One of my most favorite things in this world to eat is mini wontons. They are so good alone, but then add in pork, soy sauce, garlic, and chili crunch oil and it makes the perfect meal.
Green Beans – With the soy sauce and garlic paste, these taste so much like the takeout garlic soy green beans from the local takeout restaurants.
Chili Crunch Oil – My current hyperfixation! I could put this stuff on almost everything. If you’ve never tried it, I recommend grabbing the one I’ve linked. That one is my favorite!
Soy Sauce – Seems like a no brainer when we are talking about making any kind of Asian dish. Soy sauce is a key flavor and makes this so delicious!

How to make Easy Pork and Mini Wontons Skillet with Green Beans

First, begin by adding strips of sliced pork loin chops to your pan. Because the meat is lean, I added a few teaspoons of avocado oil to my skillet. I then seasoned my meat with onion powder and chili crunch oil and begin cooking on about medium heat (all electric skillets and stoves cook at different temperatures).
Then, after browning your meat, add your bag of mini wontons and begin searing them on medium low heat. I generally cook these straight from the freezer while they are frozen. Once they are in the pan, I don’t stir them much so as to not make them fall apart. I only stir these occasionally.
Next, once my mini wontons are cooked through and have some good color on them, I pour an entire bag of frozen green beans in the pan, along with my garlic paste and soy sauce. I’ve found that frozen green beans don’t need a ton of cooking and only need to be warmed through.
Finally, stir everything together and allow your pork, mini wontons, and green beans to cook together until your green beans are hot. This should only take about 10 minutes, depending on the temperature of your electric skillet or pan.

Now, it is time to eat! I like to top my serving with a little additional chili crunch oil.
Tips
- You can always cook your meat before cutting it if you are squeamish with raw meat like I am!
- If you don’t love chili crunch oil you can always leave it out! My family loves that extra spice!
