Equipment

  • Cutting Board to slice your pork on
  • Sharp Knife for slicing your pork
  • Measuring Cups for measuring your soy sauce
  • Measuring Spoon for measuring chili crunch oil
  • Wooden Spoon for stirring everything in your skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Pork Chops boneless
  • 12 oz Green Beans frozen
  • 24 oz Bag of Mini Wontons we like the chicken & vegetable flavor
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chili Crunch Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce or more to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste

Instructions

  • First, begin by adding strips of sliced pork loin chops to your pan. Because the meat is lean, I added a few teaspoons of avocado oil to my skillet. I then seasoned my meat with onion powder and chili crunch oil and begin cooking on about medium heat (all electric skillets and stoves cook at different temperatures).
  • Then, after browning your meat, add your bag of mini wontons and begin searing them on medium low heat. I generally cook these straight from the freezer while they are frozen. Once they are in the pan, I don't stir them much so as to not make them fall apart. I only stir these occasionally.
  • Next, once my mini wontons are cooked through and have some good color on them, I pour an entire bag of frozen green beans in the pan, along with my garlic paste and soy sauce. I've found that frozen green beans don't need a ton of cooking and only need to be warmed through.
  • Finally, stir everything together and allow your pork, mini wontons, and green beans to cook together until your green beans are hot. This should only take about 10 minutes, depending on the temperature of your electric skillet or pan.

Notes

Tips

  • Use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce if that is what you have on hand!
  • No garlic paste? Just use jarred garlic or garlic powder instead!
  • Broccoli would make a great substitute if you don't have green beans.
