- 2-3 pound Pork Loin Roast
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 16 ounce Jar of Banana Peppers with brine
- 1 stick Butter, unsalted
First, place the pork loin roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Next, pour the banana pepper jar and all of the liquid over the pork loin.
Then, sprinkle both the ranch packet seasoning and the au jus gravy mix over the pork loin
After that, place the stick of butter into pats on top of the roast.
Finally, cover and cook on high for 4 hours, until the pork shreds easily. Shred in the slow cooker before serving to allow to set in the liquid for a few minutes to soak up all that tasty flavor.
