Creamy Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

This easy baked spinach artichoke dip is one of those recipes that disappears fast at parties. It’s comforting, creamy, and familiar in the best way—and the fact that it’s mixed and baked in one dish makes it even better.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz Bag Frozen Spinach thawed
  • 2 13.75 oc Cans Quartered Artichoke Hearts halved
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • ¾ cup Sour Cream
  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 oz Shredded Parmesan
  • 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Papper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 375℉ and lightly grease your baking dish.
  • Next, in the baking dish, add your quartered artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, room temperature cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
    Fold everything together until your ingredients are completely combined.
  • Finally, spread the mixture evenly in your baking dish and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a layer of lightly golden brown cheese on top.
  • For extra browning, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end - just make sure to keep an eye on it!
